GRWM Milk Tint is All You Need!
With its mantra “You’ve Got This”, GRWM Cosmetics has been a locally-built makeup brand that’s all about empowerment. I admit, their products have long been in my online cart and I’m just so happy to get my hands on one of their best-selling products! I’m talking about the renowned GRWM Milk Tint, and this one’s the Volume 2. Formula-wise, nothing has changed. The only difference is the packaging to achieve an easy and mess-free application. Moreover, there is 2ml more product in this recently launched Milk Tint.
The GRWM Milk Tint Vol 2 promises to be a multi-use cream that is long-lasting and hydrating. Its finish is velvety-matte and has a hint of sheen to achieve a glowing look. I’m also excited to try it since it has three moisturizing ingredients: shea butter, macadamia oil, and Vitamin E. Firstly, shea butter moisturizes, soothes, and even has antibacterial properties. Secondly, macadamia oil hydrates, balances oily skin, and aids in skin regeneration. Lastly, Vitamin E nourishes and moisturizes the skin, and also has antioxidants which are amazing for the skin.
The following are the claims of the GRWM Milk Tint Vol 2 which I’ll be testing in this review. It claims to be pigmented, long-lasting, blendable, multi-use, lightweight and buildable. Since this is also a packaging upgrade, I’ll also test its claim of having an easy and mess-free application.
Makeup Breakdown: GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2
Packaging:
The GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2 comes in a tube-shaped packaging. It has a plastic screw cap with a thick doe-foot applicator to achieve easy and mess-free application. Meanwhile, its body is velvety-matte and you can see the actual product through its body. This product has a net weight of 10ml which is 2ml more than its previous packaging, has a PAO of 12 months, and animal test–free and vegan. Moreover, other details can be seen on its packaging like manufacturing and expiration date, manufactured for and distributed by details, and batch number.
I think that it feels very luxe when held because of its size and the velvety-matte feel of its body. However, I’m torn with what I see because there seems to be minor scratches on its velvet-matte body and on its rose gold print. The scratches can’t be removed even after wiping. As a result, the luxe feel somewhat went down to “okay” level because of the minor visual imperfections.
Shade:
A total of 15 shades are available for the GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2 as of writing. You may see them at the photo below. However, for this review, I’ll be testing out the shade Milkshake which is a berry mauve shade.
Smell:
I find that the smell is quite fragrant. I associate it as candy-like because it’s sweet. Nonetheless, the smell does not linger on after you apply and blend the product on the face.
Price:
The GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2 retails for P349. I think that the price is reasonable since you get a lot of product. I got mine through Lazada, and you may check it out through the button below.

Application:
According to its packaging, the GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2 should be used through:
- Wash or sanitize your hands.
- Apply small dots on your cheeks, lips & lids.
- Blend the creamy tint to achieve seamless finish.
- Slay the day.
Performance:
Watch the vlog below to see how this product performed for 12 hours.
Verdict: I recommend the GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2!
Claims:
- Pigmented
I agree! A dot of this product definitely goes a long way. However, if you want to achieve the most coverage, use your fingers to blend this product. A damp sponge gives a sheer to medium coverage, while a brush gives the sheerest coverage.
- Long-lasting
I tried this product on for 12 hours on my face and I would say that it did pretty well over my dewy skin, thanks to my Romand Nu Zero Cushion. This product didn’t stay long on the lips. It faded after I ate a meal. Also, it gave a sheer glow on the cheeks after a bit of time. Although, it didn’t last until the 12th hour mark. Meanwhile, this product It stayed the best on my lids because it was the least dry.
- Blendable
The GRWM Milk Tint Vol. 2 is very blendable. I did not experience any weird patches as I blended it out on the skin.
- Multi-use
This product can definitely be used on the lids, lips or cheeks!
- Lightweight
I agree! Although, you might feel this product being actually there because it feels moisturizing. Hence, I compare the feeling to as if I’m wearing a moisturizer. Nothing to be worried about since it doesn’t feel sticky!
- Buildable
I agree! The formula doesn’t change even if I built up the coverage to my liking.
- Easy and mess free application
Since this is the only difference from the first version, I believe that having a doe-foot applicator made it easier to control how much product to dispense. Also, I agree that it is mess-free. However, I hope that caution is practiced when drawing out the doe-foot applicator. There’s a tendency that the formula could splatter a bit of it is suddenly removed.
