Make it Unnotticed with Mistine’s Traceless Concealer

It’s relatively new on the market, and I’m so excited to get my hands on the Mistine Traceless Soft Matte Long Wearing Concealer! I’ve been suffering for months about stubborn acne and they have left marks on my face. And oh boy, it definitely triggered my confidence. Currently, I’m on the lookout for a heavy duty concealer that can hide my pimple marks and have long-wear capabilities. The Mistine Traceless Soft Matte Long Wearing Concealer promises to focus on coverage and give that perfect look. Specifically, it claims to be a precise concealer with its fine color powder. Secondly, it corrects the skin tone. Lastly, it locks in moisture and shine with its amino acid moisturizing component.

Makeup Breakdown: Mistine Traceless Soft Matte Concealer

Packaging:

The Mistine Traceless Soft Matte Long Wearing Concealer comes in an elongated cylindrical glass bottle. Also, it has a screw cap cover and has a doe foot applicator. I don’t find the packaging unique or extraordinary. I think this packaging is quite common specially for concealers and liquid lip products. It weighs 5 grams, however, its PAO is not indicated in its packaging. Nonetheless, since this is a cream product, I believe that its PAO is 12 months.

Shade:

Sad to say, the Mistine Traceless Soft Matte Long Wearing Concealer only has two available shades. Particularly, L00 which is slightly white and L02 which is Natural. L00 is advised to be used for tear trough or folds under the eyes, and nasolabial folds on the laugh lines. Meanwhile, L01 is for toning spots and dullness.

For this review, I’ll be trying L01 since its shade is nearest to my skin tone, and I need coverage for my pimple spots and dull areas.

Smell:

This product smells very fragrant. Actually, it smells floral, refreshing, and clean. It could pass as a body wash, tbh. Weirdly, I like it.

Price:

I got this product at Lazada for Php 173.63. It was on sale since its original price is Php350.00. Upon checking it now, it’s sold at around Php 145. If you want this product, check it out every now and then since it’s usually on sale.

Application:

The brighter shade of the Mistine Traceless Soft Matte Long Wearing Concealer can be applied on dark circles to brighten dull areas. Meanwhile, a darker shade can be used over blemishes and hide acne marks.

Verdict: I recommend the Mistine Traceless Concealer!

Claims:

Precise concealer with its fine color powder

Yes, I agree that it gave precise concealing effect with its fine color powder. It was able to reduce the pigmentation of my blemishes. However, a color-correcting product is still necessary for super dark blemishes.

Corrects the skin tone

I can’t particularly agree since the darkest shade, apparently, is a lot lighter than my shade.

Locks in moisture and shine

The Mistine Traceless Concealer does not lock in moisture and shine because I was looking oily or greasy from the 3rd hour onwards. I also have an acne mark starting to dry, but it didn’t help to moisturize it at all.
