Instead of a massive haul, I’ve curated just a few highly functional, ultra-delicate essentials to help my body heal and transition comfortably. What a way to celebrate your first 🎉 I’ll never get tired of saying this again and again — i’m pleased I get to experience motherhood with you, i’m grateful I get to witness you as you embrace being a papa, and I’m blessed that I get to share this beautiful life with you; earning our “parents” suffix in a few days is nothing short of exciting!!! I love you a million times, and… i appreciate how you prioritize our checkups and lab tests 🤍; your patience and care to me, with swollen feet or none, made me fall in love with you all over again and that I’ll never take it for granted; i love how you want to make sure of everything — that I get a good night’s sleep, my tumbler is filled, and my food is well cooked through 🥹; i thank you for giving in to my requests and to just have fun here and there, even if we’d wake up guilty with swollen faces and higher number on our scale, because we’re simply just kids inside 🤪; the way you prepare for our little one? I just cannot let it go unnoticed 🫶🏼; this version of you I’m getting to know more about is amazing. You’re steadfast through and through, and who would’ve thought you’re capable of loving more that it overflows to our beautiful boy?; i’ll never forget the way you tell how our day went to our little one, always with a mild and caring voice, and with great anticipation that we’d be sharing experiences with him soon 🐥; and just the idea of you being a papa? i could just smile all day thinking about what things you’d teach our boy — painting and fixing furnitures with a tad bit of humor included 😜; your love to my family is beyond what I imagined.
