Complete your Vizcaya Trip with the Bangaan Rolling Hills

At times when I felt so occupied with work, or life in general, I realized that nature brings me the kind of rest I needed. Nature is definitely a wonder. Oftentimes taken for granted, it’s undeniably a low-cost therapy for everyone. Bangaan Rolling Hills was one of the nature escapes I had with zero regrets. It was a short trek and surprisingly accessible.

Our starting point was at the Barangay Hall of Bangaan and it’s already an uphill from thereon. One-way is nearly 2 kms and has an elevation gain of 84 meters. Its maximum altitude is 400 meters. A warm-up is definitely a need if you’re like me who has inactive lifestyle. The starting point until, I would say, the 1st kilometer point is paved. Hence, it’s fairly easy even though the path is steep. Chirping sounds accompany you while trekking. It was very relaxing.

There were a lot of trees also, specially at the start. Yet still, don’t forget to apply sunscreen. Wear a cap, or bring an umbrella if you can. There were not much shade in Bangaan Rolling Hills. Most importantly, stay hydrated.

We saw a lot of flowers at Bangaan Rolling Hills. After some time, I realized that they were planted on purpose. They signify stops or pictorial areas. Hence, I advise you to go where the flowers bloom when you visit here.
