Skin Care Review: Black Paint Rubar by 23 Years Old

Clogged pores are one of the skin issues I hate dealing with. Its basically a sign of unclean skin, and it affects how makeup would look on top of it. My skin type is dry, and I get clogged pores with a lot of whiteheads. I usually have uneven texture specially on my nose, and I’d consider it as the most problematic part of my face. In addition, I also get whiteheads on each side of my mouth, near my lips. Hence, it’s really helpful for me to use a deep cleansing product on those areas because a cleanser cannot get rid of my whiteheads. I came across Black Paint Rubar by 23 Years Old and I gave it a try.

The Black Paint Rubar is made to clear clogged pores with its innovative charcoal cleansing stick due to its richness of charcoal powder and moisturizing ingredients. It aims to draw out dirt, oil and impurities from the face, and it is best for deep pore cleansing to achieve a smooth and supple skin. In addition, it is suitable for all skin types. It is recommended for everyday use. This product is available for Php 950.00 on my Charis Store.

According to the packaging, the Black Paint Rubar is recommended to be used every day. Its packaging states the following as the proper steps to use it:

  1. Turn the dial at the bottom of the product to the right.
  2. Roll the Black Paint Rubar gently on the wet face
  3. Wash face with lukewarm water to clean out the painted face.

I found it easy to apply the product. It glides on smoothly over wet face. It turned into a gray foamy texture when I washed it off with water.

Performance:

After I washed the product off, my skin felt very clean. It was not the type that was squeaky-clean, similar to a newly-washed plate. It was the kind of clean that was moisturizing and felt very natural. I felt the textures on my nose and they have minimized, even in appearance. My skin felt very smooth and supple, too!

Verdict: I recommend this product!

Claims:

  • Clear clogged pores

I agree! The product was able to remove all the gunk in my face and it was able to leave a fresh look and feeling. The textures on my nose were toned down. Also, the whiteheads were gone! I was really impressed! It also feels very gentle so I’ll keep on using it everyday (or every other day).

  • Gives a smooth and supple skin

I also agree that it leaves the skin feeling super smooth! It reminded me of a baby’s skin. The fine lines on the side of my mouth and on my forehead were minimized. I highly recommend this!
