1: Start with the simple/easy ones to avoid being overwhelmed.

I usually start to pack the clothes that I’ll use for staying in and for sleeping. It’s usually the easiest and it conditions my mind to continue on. Also, this packing tip made me enjoy the process since I’m not overwhelmed with the tasks.

2: Consider all of the possible activities that could happen.

It helps to list down the places that you’ll visit during your trip. You may also consider the famous activities and tourist attractions in the area. As a result, you’re able to easily identify the appropriate clothings to bring for your trip.

3: Prioritize your health and comfort always!

Your health and comfort is always a priority. This is my favorite among all my packing tips. Since you know yourself best, you’re able to choose clothes fit to your needs. Hence, opt for jackets, cardigans or thick-fabric clothings if you get cold easily. Meanwhile, breathable clothes like cotton-fabric and lightly-colored ones should be your go-to if you don’t easily get cold.

4: Dresses and one-piece clothings takes less suitcase space, and saves you from the stress of thinking (what to pair it with, etc).

Dresses and one-piece clothings are life savers. Specifically, they save a lot of suitcase space. Additionally, they are good to go as is, hence saving you from the stress of thinking what to pair it with. You also take less time to prepare which allows you to do other more important things.

5: Checking the weather beforehand helps!

This has became a habit of mine ever since and it has greatly helped me. Through this, I was able to make sure I was comfortable throughout the trip. I also haven’t caught any diseases or illness caused by weather, which is great!

6: Bring extra clothings to avoid unplanned buying.

Don’t you find it funny when you can still zip your suitcase upon leaving for the trip, but can’t anymore when it’s time to go home? I’ve experienced it once during an international flight and I didn’t want to experience it again. I was so stressed, and I was left with no choice but to layer more clothes on me. I want to better prepare since then. Also, I don’t want to spend money on the spot for clothing that I already own back home. I think you’ll agree on me on that one.

7: Versatile clothings are your bff.

Versatile clothings can be styled easily and be paired with so many other options. Hence, I consider it as a go-to choice when I’m packing my clothes. Scarves, denim jackets, strapless bras and a simple white top are just some of what I consider versatile clothings. What about you?

8: Denim jackets are fashionable yet gives enough warmth, specially if you’re in a tropical place.

As someone who always gets cold easily, denim jackets give me enough warmth. It’s fashionable, too. That’s why it’s a perfect choice whenever I go to any tropical place.

9: Bring at least one swimwear. It’s better to be ready.

Ninth among all of my packing tips is always bring a swimwear. Don’t worry because it doesn’t take too much space. Take if from me, specially if you’re trying to be as frugal as possible.

10: TBH, nipple tapes are now a clothing staple.

I’m not really fond of the hot and humid climate. Admittedly, there are times when I don’t feel like wearing a bra. My nipple tape has always been my savior. It’s easy to store, convenient, and surprisingly cheap, too! Click the button below if you want to buy yours!

11: Rolling the clothes is a space-saver!

Rolling the clothes saved me so much suitcase space. It became easier for me also to search for the clothes that I need.

12: Pair clothes then roll them together for easy storing and access.

This is another trick for me to get ready in just a second. I group together paired clothings and then roll them as one. Hence, I’m fixed for one day or for one occasion with just one grab. Yay for no stress!

13: Separate underwears from other clothings.

Whenever I’m the one who prepare my clothes, I don’t need to use organizers anymore. However, I always make sure that my underwears are not with stay-in and sleepwear.

14: Bring your essential daily makeup products.

I pack my makeup by starting with the essentials. I make sure I have my moisturizing primer, my foundation, setting powder and concealer for my face. Meanwhile, I also bring my lash and brow products. For the lips, I bring one lip product for lips and cheeks and one red lip product.

15: Explore applying your makeup using your hands. It’ll save you a lot of space as well.

This is the last among all my packing tips. I don’t always bring my makeup brushes with me when I travel. They occupy storage space. Also, they should be separate from other makeup products to stay clean and sanitized. I utilize my hands, particularly my fingers to apply makeup.
