Here is the 4-part strategy we used to stay sane and under budget: 1️⃣ Most of our lab tests (CBC, Scans, Bloodwork) were HMO-covered, so they don’t show up in the total, but they were our no. 1 priority. Knowing everything was in good condition is the best cure for doom-scrolling. 2️⃣ ₱75/day on high-grade prenatal vitamins. The nursery can wait; the nutrients can’t. 3️⃣ A total purge of my old routine. We ditched the retinoids and swapped for pregnancy-safe essentials. 4️⃣ No maternity clothes yet!
