Here is the 4-part strategy we used to stay sane and under budget: 1️⃣ Most of our lab tests (CBC, Scans, Bloodwork) were HMO-covered, so they don’t show up in the total, but they were our no. 1 priority. Knowing everything was in good condition is the best cure for doom-scrolling. 2️⃣ ₱75/day on high-grade prenatal vitamins.
